- No Direct Costs to You, the Employer. Premiums are paid 100% by the employee.
- Preexisting conditions are no problem. Employees automatically qualify for $100,000 of term or permanent life insurance for ages 18-50, $75,000 for ages 51-60 and $25,000 for ages 61-70 guaranteed with no health questions, no blood work, no medical exams, and cannot be turned down!
- Preexisting conditions on spouses are no problem for up to $15,000 coverage. Employees can apply for up to $50,000 on spouses without a signature and with simplified underwriting on the spouse, or get $15,000 on the spouse without a single health question — guaranteed issue no matter what their physical condition.
- Preexisting conditions on children are no problem for up to $10,000 coverage. Children of employees automatically qualify for $10,000 in coverage on their OWN policy without a single health question.
- Employees do not have to purchase for themselves in order to buy for other family members.
- Employees need only work 20 hours or more per week to be eligible.
- If desired, employees can choose up to $100,000 of the ROP (Return of Premium) term life insurance option, available for ages 18-46 for non-smokers and 18-36 for smokers . Each employee decides how much coverage he or she wants.
- The CTR (children’s term rider) is “guaranteed issued” for $10,000 of coverage for each $1 of premium paid by the employee per week when attached to an employee or spouse’s policy and is only a dollar a week whether you have one child or five children. All children from 15 days old to 18 years old are covered (up to 25 years old if the child is a full time student). This policy covers the child to age 25 and then can be converted to up to $50,000 of permanent coverage without a health question.
- Policies are individual policies, not group policies, so they are portable, meaning employees who leave the company for any reason keep the policy with NO increase in premium as long as premiums are paid on time.
